Iβve been coming to court square dentistry for over 10 years but this was my first time being serviced by Kelly for a deep cleaning! She was amazing. Gentle, explained every step of the way, made sure I was numb, did x-rays afterwards to make sure she cleaned everything and then went back in and cleaned some more. At the end, she followed up by telling me the proper way to brush the back of my lower front teeth. Iβve been traumatized by dental work in the past and Kelly really eased my nerves. I walked out of the office smiling because of her.

This is a really fantastic office and great dental team. Dr. Mapes is thorough, kind, efficient, and is so personable. The staff is warm, welcoming, and patient, especially when Iβm asking questions about insurance, payments, etc. I highly recommend this office and dental team!

Shoutout to Kelly for giving me honest and detailed tips for keeping my teeth cleaner between cleanings. I appreciate it since not many hygienists will go out on a limb to educate patients. A month later, I notice the difference!

EDITING MY REVIEW IN RESPONSE TO THE CONDESCENDING RESPONSE: Wow.... lol the response literally misses the point. It does not change the fact that this office knew I was out of network and didnβt say anything. As someone else mentioned in a previous review, when a patient asks if an appointment is βcovered,β itβs obvious they mean in network. I wasnβt asking whether insurance might apply in some vague or technical sense. At the end of the day - it is STILL deceptive. Beware. I asked multiple times if my visit would be covered by my insurance and was reassured every single time that I would be covered - only for them to turn around afterward and explain that they were βcontracted,β meaning out of network. They knew exactly what they were doing. Iβve had so many good experiences with doctors, especially dentists, who actually advocate for their patients, which makes this even more infuriating. At the very least, I learned a hard lesson about how not all health care staff have your best interest in mind. The dentist who runs this practice and the front desk staff should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of patients like this, especially knowing how the office is advertise

This place is a complete ripoff. Unprofessional and misleading. When you call for appointment they say they take your insurance then hand you a bill and say the insurance doesnβt over the service. I had a flipper made then was informed after I paid $980 out of pocket that I needed to pay an additional $1000 plus for an extraction. When I called several months after to retrieve the flipper I paid for they said they moved from their previous location and discarded the flipper. They offered no refund or resolution. I strongly recommend you proceed with caution when dealing with this business. They misrepresent the truth and are not willing to help their patients!
